Information required to process your order or enquiry
We require certain information to allow us to process your order or enquiry. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We never disclose information to any other person or organisation other than for the purpose of processing and arranging delivery of your order unless there is an emergency situation that requires it or we are legally required to do so. Where requested we will pass your information on to trustworthy third parties that we use for the provision of certain services, for instance requesting a local plumber to contact you. Should the passing of this information take place at your request we will not be held responsible for the future interaction between parties.
Protecting your information and data retention
When you place an order and enter personally identifying information, you will be offered the option to have your details transmitted across the internet securely, using high-grade encryption (128 bit). Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
